Rich brings a unique combination of functional and executive management experience in software, hardware, mechanical, and systems engineering, QA, and manufacturing operations to Activu. Over 20 years in many technology areas, Rich has practiced Agile/Scrum methodology and worked in Cloud-based SAAS, multi-media data, telecommunications, RF communications, location services, and appliance-based software services. He has held titles of CTO, CISO (acting), SVP Engineering, SVP Engineering & Operations at start-up companies (Shelfbucks, Jedai Broadband Networks, ViaGate), mid-sized companies (Network Engines), and Large companies (Mueller Systems, BAE Systems), and helped take Dialogic from a start-up through Intel acquisition. Rich earned his BSEE from Drexel University and continued adding MBA-focused coursework through his career.
