Enhancing Situational Awareness for Air Force Space Command
An Activu-powered video wall is featured in the photo accompanying the article, “AFSPC Cuts Ribbon for New Network Operations Center” released by the official web site of Air Force Space Command. The new 561st Network Operations Squadron’s renovated operations center officially opened on April 28, 2014. The $4.5 million upgraded operations center is aimed at improving command and control of Air Force network communications. The 70-foot Activu-powered video wall enables the squadron to have direct visual contact to other squadrons with similar missions and improves effectiveness by providing enhance situational awareness and command and control capabilities.
