Activu’s customer support team, staffed with experienced professionals who understand our customers’ needs, offers a full range of resources to address users’ needs. Online resources include software downloads, drivers and software patches.
Customer support is available through three standard packages: Silver, Gold and Platinum. Custom support programs can be developed to meet a customer’s unique needs. Each package offers some level of support and diagnosis (on-site, phone-based and/or remote; depending on the service level). Software upgrades are included at no additional cost with all support programs (excluding charges for requested or required labor, training and non-software services).
While Activu offers the option of 24/7 remote support services and can quickly arrange an on-site visit when necessary, there are times when a customer requires greater access to the technical expertise of one of our seasoned professionals. Activu can provide full-time, on-site personnel, such as a resident engineer, to manage daily operations and perform lifecycle maintenance activities on Activu systems.
