Activu enhances team collaboration, especially for teams spread out over multiple locations, with tools that are sophisticated yet simple and intuitive to use. Activu’s collaboration tools are fully accessible in both Direct and Remote Modes.

Conferencing
Activu provides an audio conferencing capability at the press of a button in the Activu toolbar. Combined with multi-site whiteboarding, meeting participants experience an enriched collaboration dynamic through the combination of visual and audio.
Activu also provides the ability to establish a point-to-point video connection where conferencing cameras have been integrated. Activu’s open architecture supports the simple integration with most 3rd party systems, including Tandberg and Polycom video teleconferencing systems.
Instant messaging
Activu contains an integrated Instant Messaging system that allows operators logged into the Activu system to communicate with each other across the network.
Mirroring & Remote Monitoring
Activu facilitates collaboration across the control room as well as the overall organization because it enables mirroring of compiled information views display-to-display and site-to-site. Activu also allows people in one location to remotely view displays in any other location in the network (per access policies).
Activu delivers the ability to drag-and-drop an application (e.g. PowerPoint, Word, Excel) or media file (e.g. AutoCAD, JPEG, AVI, MPEG, etc.) onto a live view of a remote display. The file automatically transfers and opens on the remote display, allowing the sender to both see and control the file remotely.
